1. Submit your Resume
There are several ways to apply for a job opening at Staffix. The easiest way would be to hit the submit button at the bottom of the job posting on Staffix website or send your resume directly to the email address on the posting. Please note that your resume is held in complete confidence and will not be shared with employers without your consent.
2. Resume Screening
A qualified Recruiter will review your Resume to see if you are a match for the posted position. They will upload your Resume into our Applicant Tracking System and you will be contacted if you are fit for the role.
3. Interview Process
The first step in the interview process is the phone interview, which will be conducted a Staffix Recruiter. If you pass the phone screen, the next step will be either an in-person interview or video interview depending on the client.
4. Resume Submission to the Hiring Manager
With your permission, Staffix will submit your resume to the hiring manager for their review. If the Hiring Manager believes you to be a match they will contact the Recruiter at Staffix to set up an interview. At this point, all communication with the Hiring Manager will be through the Staffix Recruiter.
5. The Job Offer
Congratulations! You have made it to the job offer stage. The hiring manager will send the offer directly to your Staffix recruiter and we will setup a call to review the offer.
